Obviously the oral and dental health of all animals, whether large or small, is important. Without proper oral and dental health, an animal has a hard time ingesting the proper nourishment, which can lead to other kinds of health problems.
Animal Care Clinic is a full service dental care facility. That means that any dental problem your animal has falls within the confines of what we are able to assess.
Our Dental Prophylaxis Package includes the following for only $265
- Routine Dental Prophylaxis (teeth cleaning)
- Preanesthetic Bloodwork
- Dental x-rays
- IV Catheter and IV fluids
- Surgical Monitoring
- Pain Medications
We will perform dental extractions if needed at the same time at an additional cost.
If additional dental services such as root canals are necessary, we have established relationships with specialists in this field and will make the necessary referral.
For many of the small animal wellness exams, we will perform a dental exam. We like to say that our exams cover everything from the tip of the nose to the end of the tail. This, then, includes the dental health of your cat or dog and it will be assessed in each exam. Should something happen in the interim, bring your cat or dog on in to see us and we'll take care of the problem.
Like all of our services, dental and oral checkups and treatment are tailored exclusively to the needs of your animal. They are based on the size, age, breed and health of your animal.
