Welcome to the Animal Care Clinic Customer Loyalty Program. As our client, you will earn one point for every dollar spent during your visits to any of our Animal Care Clinic locations. Points will never expire. If you bring in more than one pet, your points will be added together to maximize your rewards in the program.
Once you apply for membership, you will be eligible, market by market, for special discounts from our Customer Loyalty Program.
Rewards offered are based on points level:
SILVER: Once you earn 3000 points, you will become a silver member for life. You will be receive 1% discount on all future products and services.
GOLD: Once you earn 6000 points, you will become a gold member for life. You will receive 2% discount on all future products and services.
PLATINUM: Once you earn 12000 points, you will become a platinum member for life. You will receive 3% discount on all future products and services.
All Silver, Gold and Platinum Rewards members receive the following:
- Introductory dental health pack
- Unlimited dental health exams by one of our technicians for all your pets
- Discounts from Animal Care Clinic Customer Loyalty Program Partners
- Available to participate in Customer Loyalty Program offerings throughout the year such as discounts on bathing, grooming, boarding, etc!
